I hooked the first fish and let Jakob take it in. We had barely got the first fish back into the water when the second one hit his line (with pizza crust for bait). A third one got away, but the kids we fished with before also got two bluegills and a couple got away from them, too. Needless to say Jake is very excited and if I thought he wanted to go fishing a lot before, well, I don't think I had a clue.

We couldn't leave a comment on the other two blogs, so we'll have to put it here.

Next time you are out, we'll get some bread and land some lunkers! We hooked a carp and it broke the line at the shore (we didn't have the net along). Anyhow, we found that bread works very well.
