A stretch, OK, as in 'The wise man built his house upon the rock.'
Two large houses in a kind of art-deco style. These are seen along the entrance to Camelback Mtn. There are many, many homes built in the slopes at the base of Camelback. Some newer ones are gigantic.

Funny thing - I met the guy who owns the lower house last week. Nice guy. Probably wise, also, as he is a judge.
